Accessibility statement
Our commitment to an accessible service and how to get adjustments.
Our commitment #
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA across the site: semantic structure, keyboard navigability, visible focus, sufficient contrast, alt text on informative images, and forms with real labels. Content is written in plain English because readability is an accessibility feature too.
Adjustments #
Tell us at Contact and service updates if you need information in another format, such as large print, a call instead of a form or extra time in the health check. We will arrange this for you.
Report a barrier #
Hit an accessibility barrier? Tell us the page and the problem and we will fix the barrier. Accessibility feedback goes to the front of the development queue.
