Our current status
Aero Clinic is preparing to launch. The company and intended platform and dispensing roles are set out below. Named prescribing clinicians and clinical reviewers are still awaiting confirmation.

Who does what at Aero
Aero’s website, prescribing platform and dispensing pharmacy have separate roles. The named clinician remains responsible for an individual prescribing decision.
- Website operator
- AERO HEALTHCARE LTD, company number 06760143. Registered office: 1 The Business Park Maydwell Avenue, Slinford, Horsham, United Kingdom, RH13 0AS. This is a registered office address, not a patient clinic.
- Brand and information
- Aero Clinic publishes these guides and browser-based planning tools. The tools provide information and calculations; they do not issue prescriptions or determine treatment eligibility.
- Prescribing platform
- SmartRx, operated by Smartway Pharma Ltd, is the intended e-prescribing platform. Its role is separate from Aero’s named prescribing clinicians and clinical reviewers, whose details will be published before booking opens.
- Dispensing pharmacy
- Pharmacy2U Limited is the intended dispensing provider through LillyDirect UK for eligible Lilly medicines. The exact dispensing premises, registration and service terms will be confirmed before prescriptions are accepted.
- Dispensing and prescribing
- LillyDirect is a post-prescription dispensing and delivery service. It does not take over the clinic’s prescribing decisions or patient–clinician relationship. This route does not establish supply arrangements for medicines from other manufacturers.
- Registration records
- Pharmacy2U’s published terms identify company number 03802593 and several registered premises. The GPhC record for Pharmacy2U premises 9010146 identifies its Leeds site; this is a reference record, not confirmation that this premises will fulfil Aero prescriptions.
- Clinical review
- Review of Aero’s medicine information is pending. The supplier relationship does not constitute review or endorsement of this website’s clinical content.
