Aero delivery arrangements

The intended dispensing provider is Pharmacy2U through LillyDirect for eligible Lilly medicines. Final delivery terms and the dispensing premises are awaiting confirmation. We’ll publish delivery areas, charges, estimated times and contact details before orders open.

Before placing an order

• Check when an approved prescription will be dispatched and how tracking works.
• Ask about packaging, storage requirements and what happens if delivery is delayed.
• Find out who to contact if a parcel is damaged, missing or appears to have been stored incorrectly.

Receiving medicine

Read the storage instructions supplied with your medicine. Contact the dispensing pharmacy if you have concerns about a delivery or how the medicine has been stored.
