How to read these numbers #
A 10% change from 100 kg is 10 kg, leaving 90 kg. From 80 kg it is 8 kg, leaving 72 kg. This tool performs that arithmetic for your selected values.
Discuss any weight goal with a healthcare professional. A percentage alone does not account for your height, health, nutrition or treatment.
How long weight loss takes #
This calculator does not estimate how long weight change will take. Responses to treatment vary, and trial averages do not predict an individual outcome. Read the clinical evidence guide for study context and limitations.
The more important number #
