Foundayo vs Mounjaro: pill or pen?

Mounjaro wins the averages by a clear margin. Foundayo wins on friction: no needles, no fridge, no injection day, no sharps bin. In practice, the best treatment is the one still being taken in month nine, a "weaker" medicine taken consistently beats a stronger one abandoned in month two.
