Budgeting for the full journey #

Most people titrate up over 5 to 6 months and spend somewhere between the starter and mid-range doses for the bulk of treatment. People who stay on 5 mg long-term spend considerably less. Aero’s prices are not yet confirmed.

Most of the weight loss comes early. The maintenance phase usually runs on lower doses, which keeps ongoing costs down. See Mounjaro maintenance for how this works.

What about the NHS? #

NICE has approved tirzepatide for NHS use, and rollout through primary care is expanding for people with the highest clinical need. Criteria are strict and waiting lists long. Our service is private, and nothing here affects your right to NHS care. We recommend keeping your GP informed either way.
